Christian Bailey is General Partner at incTANK Ventures. He has over 13 years of experience in private equity, interspersed with the founding of three companies. Prior to incTANK, he was a founding Partner of Akkadian Private Ventures, an investment development company focused on power and energy projects. He was a co-founder of Lincoln Group, a strategic communications firm with government and commercial clients around the world, as well as Akaru, a software-as-a-service developer of international trade logistics systems. His private equity and buyout experience includes work at Barclays Bank and Kleinwort Benson, as well as overseeing spinouts from Raytheon and Kodak for venture capital investors.

Errol de Souza, Ph.D. (Chairman) is a seasoned pharma and biotech industry leader with 20 years of experience in senior level Research & Development (R&D) and management positions at Aventis, Hoechst Marion Roussel (HMR), DuPont Merck, Neurocrine Biosciences, Synaptic Pharmaceuticals and Archemix. His R&D experience spans from leading large R&D organizations at DuPont Merck (Director of CNS Diseases Research), HMR (Senior Vice President and Head of Global Lead Generation) with worldwide responsibilities for chemistry, chemical development, biotechnology, high throughput screening and core research functions to Aventis (Senior Vice President and Site Head of US Drug Innovation and Approval) where he had worldwide responsibilities for managing the CNS, Immunology and Inflammatory Diseases pipeline as well as administrative responsibilities for the entire R&D organization in the US including the Global Drug Development Center.

Patrick Kleyn Ph.D. is President and Chief Executive Officer of Ligon. Previously, he was Director of Scientific Planning at the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT. Before joining the Broad, Dr. Kleyn was Chief Scientific Officer at Gemini Genomics, where he participated in an IPO that raised $96M prior to its $238M merger with Sequenom in 2001. Prior to that, Patrick Kleyn joined Millennium Pharmaceuticals as one of the initial scientists where he subsequently held multiple senior research management positions.
