Christian Bailey is the Chief Executive Officer of Ligon. He has over 13 years of experience in high growth companies including two that he founded, and in private equity, most recently as Managing Partner at incTANK Ventures, which backs life sciences companies.
Benjamin Ebert MD PhD is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, and an attending physician at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Dr. Ebert holds a Ph.D. from Oxford University (UK) where he was a Rhodes Scholar. His laboratory focuses on the genetic basis of hematologic cancers, and the development of novel small molecule therapeutics. Dr. Ebert is board certified in both hematology and oncology.
Jason Fuller leads SMM Manufacture and Screening at Ligon. He was formerly a scientist in Dr. Koehler's lab at the Broad Institute. Jason brings several years of experience developing and working with small-molecule microarrays. He has extensive experience in quality control and validation engineering within the pharmaceutical industry.
Patrick Kleyn PhD is President and Chief Scientific Officer of Ligon. Previously, he was Director of Scientific Planning at the Broad Institute of Harvard and MIT. Before joining the Broad, Dr. Kleyn was Chief Scientific Officer at Gemini Genomics, where he participated in an IPO that raised $96M prior to its $238M merger with Sequenom in 2001. Prior to that, Patrick Kleyn joined Millennium Pharmaceuticals as one of the initial scientists where he subsequently held multiple senior research management positions.
Angela Koehler PhD is a Fellow at the Broad Institute and is an inventor of the Ligon SMM technology. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Harvard University. Dr. Koehler’s current research activities include the application of microarrays to discovery of small-molecule ligands for a variety of disease-relevant proteins and the development of next-generation small molecule microarray technologies.
Arvind Subramanian PhD is a computational biologist at the Broad Institute. He brings deep expertise in the development and application of analytical methods for large biological data sets. He has had instrumental roles in the development of genomic analysis methods such as Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) and Connectivity Map used throughout the biomedical research community.
